Connection & Discernment Session
Service Description
The Connection & Discernment Session is the first step for individuals or couples interested in working with Dr. Amelia Cole and Pastor Danny Cole through Marriage Oneness. Every relationship journey is unique. This process allows us to thoughtfully and prayerfully review your situation so we can determine the most appropriate pathway of support. For over 21 years, we have helped individuals and couples heal, reconnect, and grow in purpose, intimacy, and oneness. This step helps ensure that the guidance we provide is aligned with your needs and readiness for transformation. What happens after registration: • You will receive the Connection & Discernment Inquiry Form • We personally review your responses • If aligned, you will receive an invitation to schedule a Decision Call During the Decision Call, we will discuss the best next step for your journey. Possible pathways may include: • Premarital counseling (The Firm Foundation) • Restoration support for couples navigating challenges • The Passion Pathway Program • Couples intensives or guided experiences The $125 investment covers the discernment and review process. If you enroll in a Marriage Oneness program within 7 days of your Decision Call, the $125 will be credited toward your program investment. Please note: This step does not include counseling or coaching. It is designed to determine the most appropriate support pathway before beginning deeper work together. Once payment is complete, you will receive access to the Connection & Discernment Inquiry Form to begin the process. We are honored to walk with individuals and couples who are ready to pursue healing, purpose, intimacy, and oneness. Because this process includes a personal review and discernment of your inquiry, the $125 Connection & Discernment fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
💜 Marriage Oneness Online Sessions – Policy 📌 Scheduling & Access • Sessions are scheduled in advance through our booking calendar. • All sessions are conducted via secure video conferencing. A private link will be provided after booking. • Please log in at least 5 minutes before your scheduled session to ensure a smooth start. 📌 Payments • Full payment (or agreed deposit) is required to confirm your session(s). • Payment must be completed before the final session in any package. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward your scheduled sessions. 📌 Cancellations & Rescheduling • 24-hour notice is required to reschedule a session without penalty. • Sessions canceled with less than 24-hour notice are considered “missed” and may not be rescheduled. • One-time grace credit: Each couple may receive one reschedule credit per package if an emergency arises. This credit must be used within the package timeline. 📌 Refund & Credit Policy • All payments made for Marriage Oneness sessions, packages, or programs are non-refundable. • No credits will be issued for missed, canceled, or unused sessions beyond the one-time grace credit above. • Sessions must be completed within the designated package timeline (e.g., 4 or 6 weeks). 📌 Missed Sessions • If you do not attend or arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered missed. • Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, except for the one-time grace credit if eligible. 📌 Confidentiality & Respect • All sessions are confidential. • We ask both partners to commit to showing up with honesty, openness, and respect for one another and the process. 📌 Disclaimer • Marriage Oneness sessions are faith-based educational coaching, not professional mental health counseling. • If we believe your needs would be better served by licensed therapy or another professional service, we may provide a referral.
